I had two Grand Ma's. One didn't cook, but the other made jams and preserves. She never taught me her secrets so I decided to create my own. So in 1993 I developed my first recipe, selected the best fruit, cooked then bottled it and have been doing it ever since.

Our Factory 3kms from Yackandandah on 5 acres. Our house is in the top corner. I made it by hand using local stone. Our factory is just across the dam nestled amongst Quince, Fig and Morello fruit trees.

Our Staff I am the Jam Maker, Curd Maker and Sauce Maker Chief Cook and Bottle Washer. But I don't always do this on my own, I'm often joined by locals who know how to make great product and tell a great story.

Our Vision To be the best quality - value for money jam/condiment available in Australia. A master preserver of interesting and varied products and flavours.

Our Resources We buy top quality fruit, a small amount we grow ourselves. We use technologically advanced cooking and packaging equipment.

Our Method We make small batches with lots of fruit and cook it slowly to nurture the natural flavours

Our Recipes My Grand Ma wouldn't tell me hers, so I think I'll keep mine too. Let's just say it's not exactly rocket science and involves a heap of great fruit.
