Curds

Thick, soft and creamy, Yackandandah fruit curds have a wonderfully sweet, tart flavour. Traditionally used as a spread for scones, we use our curds to fill tarts, pies, cakes and as part of triffle; although our real favourite is Yackandandah curd spread on fresh, white, crusty bread with a cup of tea or coffee.
